I had never heard of sand fleas until I moved to South Carolina. They're little gnats that BITE and they are not fun. They decided it was still warm enough to be out in the thousands during November. Even with the annoying bugs and a baby recovering from a sickness, I still love the way their images turned out. They're a beautiful family, aren't they?

I think newborn sessions are my absolute favorite. The babies are so new and sweet. I especially love when they are nice and sleepy for me:) Penelope was absolutely perfect and her parents are the sweetest.

My baby sister had a baby and we happened to be in town a few days after! I had been hoping I could take some newborn photos of her and I'm so glad it all worked out that I was able to. Enjoy the photos of this beautiful family!
